I am Evangelos, a designer and leader passionate about making the work of solving ambiguous problems feel natural and fun. I love motivating teams to explore beyond the obvious, to challenge “how things are done” and imagine the change, while creating positive change and impact.

From a global pilot in retention with 30% YoY increase in revenue in 9 months, a differentiated Marketplace for Corporate Financing and 4.5 Star rated Digital Payments experience for US consumers to Prototyping the future of sustainable fashion e-commerce.
Approach: Independent of the challenge, my unique approach turns working on ambiguous problems to a natural, fun and innovative journey for teams. Through Innovation workshops I guide teams to unearth hidden gems in quantitative and qualitative customer data, and to define the right problems. With a first principles thinking, I drive alignment between diverse stakeholders and teams and facilitate the design of innovative solutions. I achieve executive sponsorship and buy in with engaging storytelling anchored in customer and business objectives, similar to the approval to 10x scaling of a pilot program and the technology’s buy-in of a unified Mobile Experience strategy.
